We cover a vast range of traditional espresso machines and are able to fix most problems on the first visit, and at a time of day that suits you, meaning you have less down time. If we can’t fix it first time, you will only ever pay one call out charge (it’s probably our fault for not having the right spare). Also with labour being billed at 30 min intervals means you only pay what you need to.

Basic service which is advised on a yearly basis covers the following items :-

1. Front end service with new group head gaskets and shower plates.
2. Filtration system replaced and water quality tested.
3. Boiler components checked and replaced where advisable.
4. Steam valve seals checked and replaced where required.
5. Group head temperature tested.
6. Cup levels calibrated
7. Grinder settings adjusted for the best quality coffee.
